GetRecruited costs $100, paid once, with lifetime access, no contract, and a 14-day refund if it isn't useful for your family. That's the entire commercial structure of the product.
There's no sales call to schedule and no upsell. What you read here is what you pay.
What's included
The $100 covers full access to everything inside GetRecruited:
The 4-stage recruiting playbook (foundation, recruiting file, coach relationships, compare and commit)
The Fit Estimator — an honest starting range across D1, D2, D3, NAIA, and JUCO based on your athlete's sport, position, results, and academics
The Program Finder — filterable database of college programs with shortlist functionality
The Email templates — sport-specific first-contact, follow-up, update, and post-event messages your athlete personalizes for each program
The Net Cost Calculator — translates scholarship offers into real four-year cost after athletic, academic, and need-based aid
The Decision Scorecard — compares programs across athletics, academics, cost, fit, and coach stability
Lifetime access — once you pay, you keep it. There's no annual renewal.
Reading is good. A plan is better.
Tell us your sport and grad year. We’ll return a sequenced playbook with every step, tool, and program you need — in one place.
There are no tiers. Every tool listed above is included in the $100. We don't have a Champion, Elite, MVP, or MVP+ tier where the actually-useful features sit behind a higher price point.
There are no sales calls. We don't have a sales team that calls families to upsell them into multi-thousand-dollar contracts. Signup is online and takes a few minutes.
There are no account managers, recruiting coaches, or 1-on-1 calls included in the price. Those aren't features of the product. GetRecruited gives families the guidance, structure, and tools to run recruiting themselves, not personalized human service. If you want a personal recruiting coach, GetRecruited isn't the right product; an independent consultant is probably a better fit for that need.
There are no add-ons or hidden fees. The $100 is the total cost.
The 14-day refund
If GetRecruited isn't useful for your family within 14 days of signup, send us an email at the address listed in your account and you get your $100 back, no questions asked. The refund isn't tied to a career-ending injury, a contract loophole, or a sliding scale that drops to 5% after a few months. It's 14 days of full access; if it doesn't help, you don't pay.
We built the refund this way because the product either works for your family quickly or it doesn't. Two weeks is enough time to work through Stage 1 (foundation), see whether the tools and structure match how your family wants to run recruiting, and decide.
How that compares to managed services
The largest paid recruiting services charge significantly more for a different commercial structure. Based on parent reports, consumer complaints, and our pricing research, NCSA's premium tiers commonly run $1,500–$4,200+, with some families reporting higher quotes — one parent described the sales call's pricing as "from $2k to $7k depending on how much you love your kid — while your kid is on the phone too." The contracts are binding, multi-year, paid in monthly installments. Cancellation generally requires a career-ending injury with a physician's letter within 90 days, and refunds slide down sharply over the contract life.
That's roughly 15–40× the cost of GetRecruited for a service that — based on our own research and parent accounts — often delivers less than the sales pitch promises. The recruiting work was always going to belong to your family; the price of the tool that supports it should reflect that.

This isn't a fair-vs-unfair comparison; it's a structural difference. NCSA's pricing supports a sales team, account managers, and a managed-service model. GetRecruited's pricing supports a product team and the tools your family uses to run recruiting yourselves. Two different businesses, two different price points, two different paths through recruiting.
